13 oz Vinyl: Our standard banner material. This is the industry-standard weight for most outdoor banners. It’s flexible enough to roll for shipping and storage, strong enough to resist tearing, and dense enough to hold ink across the surface without bleed-through. UV-resistant inks are used on all outdoor banners so colors remain vibrant even after months of sun exposure.

UV-Resistant Inks: Standard on all our vinyl banner orders. These inks are formulated to resist fading from ultraviolet light - a key consideration in Utah’s sunny climate along the Wasatch Front. Without UV-resistant inks, outdoor banners can fade noticeably within weeks.

Edge Hemming: We fold over and seal the edges of every banner before adding grommets. Hemming creates a reinforced border around the entire perimeter of the banner, which distributes tension more evenly when the banner is under stress from wind or mounting hardware.

Brass Grommets: We install solid brass grommets at all corners by default and at regular intervals along the top edge for wider banners. Brass resists rust and doesn’t stain the vinyl surface over time the way cheaper zinc-alloy grommets can.
