Half-Fold (Bifold): A sheet folded once down the middle, creating four panels (two on each side). More open and spacious than a tri-fold. Scored Fold: Every brochure we fold is scored first — meaning we run a line tool across the paper at the fold point to compress the fibers. This creates a sharp, straight crease and prevents the coating from cracking along the fold, especially important on heavy gloss cover stock.
