Services

My Color Copies provides printing services including color copies, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, funeral programs, menus, and newsletters. We offer local pickup in Mapleton, Utah and shipping to customers throughout the United States.

Orders and Quotes

  • Quote requests are not binding. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your files and specifications.
  • Orders are confirmed once we send an invoice and you authorize payment.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders that violate copyright or contain inappropriate content.

File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, and INDD formats. For best results, files should be 300 DPI with proper bleeds and crop marks. We can assist with file prep on request.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
  • Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash and credit cards.
  • Volume discounts may apply to larger orders.

Turnaround and Delivery

  • Most standard jobs are completed within 24 hours.
  • Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.
  • Shipping times depend on carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Local pickup is available at our Mapleton, Utah location during business hours.

Quality and Reprints

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a defect in printing that is our fault, we will reprint the job at no additional cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Limitation of Liability

My Color Copies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the right to print all materials you submit to us. My Color Copies is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement in customer-submitted files.
